Google Panda 3.2 Update – Focus on Freshness

Quite fascinatingly, Google Panda updates are almost certainly the biggest talk or you can even call as the Hot cakes of the town among webmasters and bloggers, as a huge number of websites have already been affected by the Panda updates in 2011.
By the way just a quick reminder, to change the search results ranking algorithm Google Panda has been rolled out on 24 February 2011 and the main aim of Panda update is to target the low-quality content websites, and return higher-quality content websites to the top of the search results.
As you are aware, the Search Giant changes its search algorithm frequently. Despite the fact that most of these changes are minor and for every few months Google strikes with a major algorithmic update that affect search results in significant ways.
For search industry professionals, knowing these Google Panda updates can guide them to change their Website rankings and organic website traffic.

Going further in 2012 there were many gossips from the forums that Google is going to update the Panda algorithm once again with its new version 3.2. Interestingly, making all the gossips true the Search Giant has confirmed a Panda data update, version 3.2 on January 18 2012 (Google’s New Year Gift but Bit late – What Say ?).
Panda version 3.2 – Well, almost after 9 weeks – Google has finally rolled out its Panda 3.2 update on January 18, 2012although the Search Giant has noted to the search industry professionals that the Panda 3.2 update is a data refresh of the Google Panda algorithm with no algorithm changes (Minor update – Only data refresh).
But do remember the Minor update of Panda version 3.2 may largely affect your Websites. So it is very safe to keep our websites away from Panda 3.2 or else we may be mugged.
Initially, because of the Panda version 3.2 some of the webmasters had commented regarding their rankings, where in most of the websites are complaining that they have lost their rankings, and at the same time some webmasters have stated that there websites that were originally hit by Panda earlier have regained their traffic levels and gained higher SERPs.
However, Google has revealed a statement regarding the Initial update in the past week- minor update that was just a data refresh of the Panda update. Google has quoted: We’re continuing to iterate on our Panda algorithm as part of our commitment to returning high-quality sites to Google users. This most recent update is one of the over 500 changes we make to our ranking algorithms each year.
In February, Google has finally announced the 17 changes it has made to its algorithm in January. In Simple, the main focus of Panda 3.2 is to increase focus on freshness through not only updates to the Freshness Update, but also through changes to universal search that targets on the queries that deliver news results.
On the other hand, Google has addressed a recent Panda tweak that clearly signifies the essence of Panda 3.2
Google Panda Tweak: High-quality sites algorithm improvements. [Launch codenames “PPtl” and “Stitch”, project codename “Panda”] In 2011, we launched the Panda algorithm change, targeted at finding more high-quality sites. We improved how Panda interacts with our indexing and ranking systems, making it more integrated into our pipelines. We also released a minor update to refresh the data for Panda.
In simple, the Panda 3.2 update does not carry additional signals or actual changes to the algorithm but merely focus only to improve search quality. As a matter of fact, followers of the Panda saga may perhaps find this update somewhat ironic as this is not the update which the Followers are awaiting from Google. On the other hand, some followers are even having doubts whether Google is giving importance to make Google+ successful.
Finally, the moral of the story is to Follow Google Panda updates regularly and see that no Copy Content is there in your Website – As Content is know as the King of SEO.
Be wired to know more updates on Google Panda 3.2!
